Update a specific Fulfillment by ID. To view past Order Fulfillments, get the whole Order.
Optional Parameters

The tracking number the customer can use to look up their order. |

The carrier you shipped the order through. |
| note_to_customer |
A message that is sent to the customer along with the "Your Order Has Shipped!" email. |
| notify_customer |
true or false. Sends an email to the customer notifying them that their order has shipped. Defaults to false. |
